Executive Chef Ruben Aguilar

Hello, my name is Ruben Aguilar, and I’m the Culinary Services Director at Loma Clara Senior Living. I have 23 years of experience in the Culinary department and have worked in Italian restaurants, fine dining, and traditional American cuisine.

I don’t believe in cooking in batches or buffet style. I prefer the “cooked to order” style to ensure the freshness, quality, and presentation of the food. I am really passionate and excited to bring new specials every day. Every day is something different, and we have live food demonstrations every week. To me, it is a pleasure and privilege to be at Loma Clara and cook for you. It is an honor to be your chef.
